To check the first intake of air

a Retaining nut

b Air intake sleeve

Gap X must measure:

For Town Gas: 13 mm

For Natural Gas: 6 mm

For Liquid Petroleum Gas : 13 mm

If it does not:

–

Loosen the retaining nut, adjust the

air intake sleeve, and tighten the

retaining nut again.

–

Finally secure the jet against

inadvertent loosening with sealing

wax.

–

Reassemble the hob in the reverse

order.

The flame must not go out on the lowest

setting, or when the control is turned

quickly from a high to a low setting.

On the highest setting the flame must

have a distinctive and visible core.
