What to do if ...

... after switching on, the appliance

does not heat up.

Check whether the appliance has been

switched on at the mains and that the

mains fuse is in order. If it has blown,

contact an electrician or the Service

department.

... a humming tone is heard while the

grill is heating up.

This is normal. The sound will

disappear when the grill is hot.
